DISC Profiling in Recruitment

Improving the recruitment process

The Benefits of Profiling

Do you ever recruit the wrong people resulting in weeks, sometimes months, of wasted time and then have to start the whole process all over again?

By profiling short-listed candidates you will greatly improve the odds of choosing the right person for the job.

Some people are difficult to get good results from or difficult to manage. In extreme cases they are disruptive and the whole team is affected.

Profiling will tell you how to get the best out each member of the team and will make handling difficult people a thing of the past. In no time at all the whole team will be back on target

Many sales are lost every week due to misunderstanding how some prospects think, act and buy. Many are lost simply because the sales approach is wrong.

Profiling will tell you how you should approach different prospects and how to change tactics for better results.

Question

What is Psychometric/Personality Profiling?

Answer

DISC stands DOMINANCE, INFLUENCE ,STEADINESS AND COMPLIANCE and a profile report will show how much of each element an individual has. It is a very accurate process of identifying the characteristics of someone's personality and how they approach important key areas of their social and work life. Each report is approximately five pages (around 1,000 words) and will clearly identify how someone will deal with a range of issues and whether they are suitable for the position they are in or applying for. It will show how determined, optimistic, persuasive, steady and compliant they are.
